When you put in the key and turn the key on, the car dash board will come on sometimes (but sometimes the dash board doesn't come in at all). When you want to turn the key to the ignition the if the dash board was on it will just go off and nothing will happen. the Car will not start at all. I replaced the battery, I can measure 12.4V on the Battery.
