When I turn on the heater it takes forever for me to feel anything other than cold air blowing. I know I have my dials set correctly. IF heat comes out at all (which it usually doesn't) it may be a tiny bit or full blown...and then it's gone in about 2-3 minutes, especially when I slow the car down or stop at a stoplight and then it never comes back on. Also, when I turn the car on to defrost and warm up, IT NEVER HAPPENS. So I have to drive to work, scraping and wiping the windshield, not to mention trying to get heat while freezing in the cold air that's blowing out. Very dangerous to do because I can't see the road for the frosted and cloudy windows. Needless to say of the 7-10 minutes it takes me to go to work...I'm wrapped in a blanket and freezing the entire way there. I think I need a new thermostat. Does this sound about right to you? Thank you so much for your time.
