2005 Mitsubishi L200 Four Wheel Drive Manual

Hi I read the trouble codes on a l200 and came up with p1272 but cannot find out what it relates to hope somebody can help the vehicle holds back then louses power turn off then on and goes ok

I have just had the same error code on my L200. It is the air/fuel ratio sensor playing up. For reference, here is a list of OBD error codes.

I have talked to experts on Mitsus outside of the dealership and they say this code usually arises on L200's due to a sticking fuel pump valve restricting fuel flow - surprisingly enough!

Don't know as it's a fix it for my L200 yet as the replacement valve wont be fitted until next week.

Its been a week since the fuel pump valve was replaced and all is well so it looks like the diagnosis was correct; not picked up by the Mitsu dealer btw.

L200 Warrior 2003 model electronic. Engine looses power. Then only goes on 1st Gear. Engine light is on. Would the problem be on the fuel pump valve sticking?
