Location/Changing of PCV Valve on 3L 24V DOHC Engine - 2005 Mercury Sable LS

My 2005 Mercury Sable is hitting the 100,000 mile mark soon, and I'm trying to keep up with the maintenance on it. I'd like to change out the PCV valve on it to make sure that's taken care of, but I'm having trouble locating it. The engine is the V6 3.0L 24V DOHC Engine. I've attached 2 pictures of what I believe to be the PCV valve, but I'm not quite sure. If that's the valve, is there any tips/tricks to replacing it? If it's not, can you tell me where it is, and how to get to it? Thanks!
