hello car experts.i have a 1.3 L car where i change the stock rim/tire to a 195/55/r15..now i feel there is a lag in my acceleration where my torque and fuel consumption is much affected.i have installed a k&n air filter.i noticed i have gained hp but torque and better fuel consumption did not change at all.will replacing the cat back exhaust help?if not, what should i do?

probably putting the larger tires has not helped your car, not enough power to turn them correctly
