Typically this is caused by an arced switch contact but with a car as new as yours there is likely a computer involved. They usually have internal relays that can also get arced contacts. To verify everything else is working and to get the window up, you can take the door panel off, disconnect the window motor, and switch the two wires by using clip leads to connect the terminals. The window should go up when you press the "down" button.
