Engine cooling fan does not shut off even when engine is cold. shuts off when started starts when engine is turned off . won't turn off. replaced relay checked fuse could it be the sensor. engine light does'nt come on

Cooling fan is controlled by PCM (engine computer) via signals from ECT. How many relay did you check and which one?

From the schematics, the condenser fan low relay has to work for the engine cooling fan to get ground and this means the condenser fan should be working.

This could be due to a faulty relay

If condenser fan is not working, it would mean the condenser fan low relay and condenser fan 2 relay are both working to get the engine cooling fan to run.

This would mean a fault with the PCM, ECT or wiring for relays are shorted to turn relay on.
