I AM TRYING TO GET A PRIE FOR GETTING 2 CAR DOOR OCKS FIXED. MY FRONT PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT OPEN, AND MY BACK DRIVER SIDE DOOR . I LOCKED THE DOOR AND THE LATCH WENT DOWN IN THE HOLE AND i CANNOT UNLOCK IT. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND/OR GIVE ME A CALL

What needs done in this situation is that both door panels need removed. Based on your description, it sounds like the linkage has either come apart or has broken. Remove the panels and let me know what you find.
