2005 Infiniti G35 High Temperature

My temperature seems to be going up high but I have antifreeze container full, plus when I drive the temperature goes up and down a lot. My fan is working very hard.

when engine is warm/hot turn off and disconnect fans and place hand on several spots on radiator. if you feel any cold spots the radiator isn't any good it should feel about same temp allover. if that is ok then have coolant system pressure checked for a head gasket leak.
