hyundai trajet 2005 slipping out of 3rd and 5th gear

generally when i am accelerating and over 50 kms the gear slips into neutral

There is a fault in the transmission itself and the most likely cause would be a worn bearing or a lock nut that has worked iteslf loose. Remove the rear end cover and check the shaft locknut.
Retorque it necessary.
