car idles rough when stopped

engine light was on , test showed bad egr valve and misfire in cylinder #2
Had egr valve replaced , also replaced spark plugs , wires and direct ignition coil.
Car still idles rough when stopped

Codes dont tell you parts are bad they just tell you that certain systems in the car have problems that need diagnoses.So what are the exact codes you have not code descriptions.
