My 2005 Santa Fe - If I drive real slow and ease it through the gears it does not do this. Any ideas? I had the tranny fluid changed.

How's the transmission fluid level and condition? If ok
Have the throttle position and vehicle speed sensors -checked-if it continues bring it in and have it further checked out-

I'm curious what you found out as I too am having this same issue. If I accelerate at a normal rate, there is a hard shift and jerking between 2nd and 3rd gear. However, if I accelerate real slowly this does not happen.

Could be a shifting solenoid/valve body problem-have it pressure tested to find out more what's wrong-
