Our car has just started to make soft humming noise on the passenger side.This seems to be at low speeds as we cannot notice at higher speeds.It has just started and doesn't happen all the time. What should I be looking for? There is nothing like a bag trapped under there.It almost sounds like a balloon on a kids bike spokes.
