Locks & ignition are jammed = what could be the problem and how can i fix it?

Honda Civic 2005 - My drivers lock stopped working which meant I had to open/lock my car with the boot lock. The boot lock is now tempremental and the latest problem is my ignition won't turn at all, leaving my steering lock jammed on and my caar unable to start. Passengers lock seems to be working ok at present. Any advice would be appreciated.
