How do I go about repairing this error code in a 2005 Honda Civic Dx:
P0139 HO2S-12 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit Slow Response.

Do I Reprogram Engine Control Module or do I replace the O2 sensor closest to the tailpipe?

check wiring to the o2 sensor, check for voltage to the heater portion of the sensor, check for ground on the heater and lastly, check the resistance of the heater in the o2.
