transmission vibration between 45-55 mph

I'm not sure I understand what you are refering to when you mention the radiator / trans. Yes there is a cooler in the rad, but the only way that would cause a vibration is if it leaks coolant into the trans and makes it slip.

I would start by checking for a bent rim, tire balance, check universal joints for excessive play.
