speedometer stop also my horn is not work

Have a 2005 serria, coming home last my speedo stop also my horn is not work. can pull air bag and put back willl work 3 times than nothing. speeddometer went from 60 to 0 but odometer is still moving. i can pull air bag and put back and it works for 3 pushes than nothing

Check the clock spring in steering wheel for the horn. Check vehicle speed sensor (VSS) for speedo issue. Check the fuses.
