i have checked the areas you told me about and there is no kinked hoses . Do you think the problem is from the fuel tank ? In the picture there is the only hose connected from one side to another and it looks good

you can always blow air throught to see if the hose is clear but it's plastic and don't kno w of anything that cold really screw it up. I did havea problem once a long time ago which there was a thin piece of paperabout 2 ft long in tank everytime I would drain tank it would stick to upper side and could never find the damn thing. finally I filled it with water and just caught a glimpse of it and got it out. problem solved. Everything I 've found tsb wise is to replace tank so you could as a last resort I suppose. If it were the tank I would think you cold seeit smashed in middle though. You could always fill tank with water to see if you can see anything physically going on. Also blow through vents to tank make sure they are all clear. Otherwise it's something I'd have to investigate physically.
