no speedometer no odometer

Ford Freestar -'05 3.9L lit idiot lights where is the 'power control module' which apparently needs replacement. Told that problem source is a control module; most likely the 'PCM'. Where can I find this part ? Under the hood ? Under a seat ??? Do you know where this part is located ? Do you know where I may go to see graphical replication ?


Dash indicators not working; exception - RPMs.
Idiot lights stay lit, e.g., Battery.

the cluster may be the issue. you need a shop with a scan tool to verify the failure.

a pcm is a very expensive guess for this repair. it is the very last thing you would look at.

it is located under the hood and goes into the firewall at the rear of the engine compartment.
