High beam indicator flashes at low idle. Radio text indicates LOW BATTERY.

First check the connections on the battery to make sure they are makibng a good contact. Check the belt to make sure it is tight. There should be a belt tensioner that keeps the belt tight. If the belt is tight then problem could be in the altinator. Take it to a automotive store like advance auto and have the charging system checked.
