Those are controlled by the Body Control Module, not the ECM. I would first disconnect the bat for at least 15 minutes. Then reconnect. If the problem is the same, maybe you caused a voltage spike that damaged a circuit. (Hopefully that's all) You'll have to probe the circuit for the shorts. If none exist, possible damage to BCM.

Yeah it started with the key fob not working then the auto switch for the headlights stopped working and now this. Would all of this be the bcm and if so where is this module located

After four days at the dealer, they have just told me that after checking all my harness and modules that my electrical issues are due to the icm otherwise known as the interior control module. Does this sound right? I also noticed that the Dvd system was not working along with the key fob, the auto switch on the headlights, the door ajar lights reading when doors are.closed I really hope they got it right. I have done a ton of digging and haven't heard of the icm. Let me know... thanks

Actually, the ICM is integrated with the BCM. And yes, this could be your problem. However, make sure the dealer doesn't charge you for something that doesn't fix your issue. Get their estimate and service order in writing, as well as any warranty. If they do the work but you have the same problem, demand a refund and/or they fix it right.
