2005 Ford Expedition ticking noise

Is the noise constant with engine speed? if so it could be a few things, you may have a faulty valve lash adjuster, an exhaust leak at the manifold you will have to get a mechanic to have a listen to the noise, this is one of those problems that you need to hear first hand to get a feel for what is going on, go get 2 opinions and let me know what the say.
