Im getting code P0446 which it is a evap condition mulfunction.I did replace the gas cap and vent valve solenoid and purge solenoid.I checked the voltage with key on and it reads 12volt on both solenoids.still getting the code.I then took a reading on the ground side of solenoid and it reads 3volts so not getting a ground so I traced the wiring from both solenids and it check out good theres no corrosion on wiring no splits or broken wires.at this point dont know what else can cause this your help will be greatlly apreciated.
