I have been burning through tires like crazy. A week ago I had both sides inner and outer tie rods replaced as well as both control arms and both bushings on the sway bar, then had a alignment done. It hasn't fixed the issue the alignment is off again and now its doing something different. Now when I start from a dead stop the steering wheel will cock to the left but when I get to about 40 to 45 mph the car abruptly vers to the left and the steering wheel goes from being cocked to the left to being cocked to the right and it stays there. And the front tires are still wearing on the inside of yhe tires. What is causing this to happen? Is it the rack and pinion?

I would not think the rack would cause this. I would think of maybe the cradle is loose of the bushings are no good that hold the cradle in place.
