we have put thermostat, temperature control sensor on it cleaned radiator and still runs hot when idling what can i do?

Did you get the radiator professionally cleaned? as if only back flushed with a hose this will not clear blocked core tubes, you will still have circulation but often at a much reduced rate, i would look at this.
