My suv was steering perfectly before this happen, I got up this morning started my car and notice I didn't have power steering , I had no signs before it went out what can I do I checked the fluid its still full

make sure the belt is tight and not slipping otherwise it has to be checked for pressure.

Ok thanks my belt is tight and still has the grooves on the bottom of the belt , How do I check for pressure

that is something apro should do because it cold also be the rack andPinion or steering box. Unless you want to buy a gauge and the adapters that are needed to check it. that's not something normally done by DIY's
