hood release cable replacement

2005 caravan hood release cable replacement. I have the new handle and the old cable has a good end to it yet. How do you attach the cable to the new handle? Cable seems too short to feed the cable end in place.

Hey JAK834,

To replace the hood release cable you must release the cable from the hood latch. Here is a diagram on what you are in for doing this job.
