have manual outside mirrors on van and would like to switch them with power ones.is the wire harness prewired for power mirrors already. cant take off pillar moulding yet as too cold and dont want to break it.

I doubt it. There should be a small plastic trim piece on the front lower corner of the door/window. Remove it and see if there is any wiring. Next remove the inner door panel and check for wiring. My guess is not.
