Replaced the 02 up stream sensor (OEM)
Replaced the PCM (dealer said it was bad...hard to believe since the I did replace it and flashed it to latest software...light still on)
Check for shorted wires...fixed a couple
Changed the fuel pump (still has a little hesitation when accelerating)
Checked for vacuum leak..none
checked spark plugs...fine

this is about the only thing you can do at home is to check resistance of O2 sensor. otherwise you need a pro type scanner to do the correct thing. with this problem this vehicle shold be road tested with the scanner attached to try to find the cause of the problem. you could check ohms between connections to see if something is bad and look for bare wires as well. Also clean your ground battery to engine, battery to body and pcm to ground.the grounds for the O2 sensors are near the top of starter and around starter. clean those as they may be corroded and not getting good ground.
