what do I need to consider in choosing a cat back exhaust system for my car?

quality of the cat. cheap cats rarely work as they do not have enough precious metals to keep out the light, thus cheap converter.

oem and bosal make the ones that will keep out the light but are expensive.

the rest you can get at a parts store.
