2005 Chrysler 300 egr valve

I'v replaced the egr valve on a 2005 cry 300c with a 5.7. Question is the code go's away but comes back after a wile of driving it comes back is their a relearn process for a egr or do i have another problem? Thanks for any help

you may have another problem. check to see if egr passage is plugged or partially plugged . if vacuum operated make sure it is getting good vacuum.
