2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer no accelaration

i got the problem with my 2005 trailblazer 4.2l.
i was driving the car suddenly check engine appears and the RPM stuck on 1000 but no further acceleration.
gas pedal not working at all.

code appear - P1516 Throttle actuator control performance

I deleted the code and the car become alright running smoothly, again while driving same condition and i again deleted become alright.

Please help me in this issue how to fix it.
