sometimes the truck wont move

this is a 4x4 trans full of fluid,put it in gear sommetimes it will move and sometimes it wont go forward or backward. sometimes when u take off when it shifts to second it quits pulling and wont move either way. let it sett a while and it might move and them again it might not.
