2005 Chevy Monte Carlo traction control system is on it activates when I accelerate from 0 to 5mph also my starter is hesitating to start now

Alignment is bad, also recently changed transmission oil and filter, recently put new brake pads and rotors. when traction control system is on it activates when accelerating from 0 - 5mph, also starter is hesitating to turn engine and it started when traction activation began.

Was there anything after "New problem"?

Have it scanned for codes. Load test the battery. Check starter draw. Have the charging system tested. Check for loose, broken, or corroded wires and connections.
