recent power steering change, loud noise

I have recently gotten a power-steering fluid change, at just about 65,000 miles.
my car now is about 65,600 miles and its making a loud, persistent squeaking noise when being driven (but becomes quieter while driving so much)
and even makes squeaking noise reversing.
Pleaseeeeeeee PLEASE help please. THANK YOU!

?? I thought 04-06 Malibu had electric power assist steering..Mine is 04 i have a knocking and seisure condition.

have you checked that the brake pads have not worn down to the metal wear tabs, the squeal in reverse tends in indicate that it may be brake related, check this even just to eliminate any brake issue.
