heat only working on passenger side

The heat blows only on the passenger side and is cold on the drivers side. I replaced the blend door actuator and recalibrate the HVAC. This did not fix the problem. The door is not stuck. Any thoughts on what it might be?

you will need a shop with a scan tool to be able to look in the system for failure codes and they can manipulate the doors to verify heat.
