Check the MAP sensor reading with key on engine off. It should be around 99kPa. With the engine running you want to see around 37 to 42. If it is high, you could have carbon build up on the valves or pistons. The other fault could be worn timing chain.

u need to have the engine scoped this will test all the cylinders for the proper patterns.also check that all the wiring to the coils for power and ground are working properly.use a test light or meter to test the power and ground wires on the coil.

It sounds like the intake is leaking slightly which causes the cylinder to misfire at idle.

if the intake is leaking like ken said.you will need to spray it down by the #2 side of the intake with carb. cleaner. when u find the leak the engine idle will raise up.

engine has been missing for the last year replaced plugs, wires, coil pack, and #1 injector. It started using coolant and the heater would blow cold sometimes did a cylinder leak down to check for blown head gasket found # 1 cylinder blown. Dissasembled engine had heads resurfaced and pressure checked reassembled engine and it runs alot better than it did still misses some times when at idle and cuts out going down the road at 40 to 50 mph occasionaly. no engine light on before doing the head gaskets it was on all the time and showed cylinder #1 missed on several occurances. Rechecked all plugs and wires. Cut out cylinders with scanner and couldnt find source of miss. Please help thank you

Check the fuel pressure. Also check the oil for a milky substance, (Anti-Freeze). See if exhaust has that sweet-ish anti-freeze smell as well.
