Good morning,

The one sensor that is temperature variant is the coolant sensor. That tells the PCM the engine temperature and adjusts the fuel mapping accordingly.

This may be the issue but needs to be verified by using a scan tool and monitoring the temperature being sent to the PCM.

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

NOTICE: Use care when handling the coolant sensor. Damage to the coolant sensor will affect the operation of the fuel control system.

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Relieve the coolant system pressure.
3. Disconnect the ECT sensor electrical connector.

If outside temperature is less than 75 degrees the car will not start. If I open hood and let the sun shine on the engine for a good time it will. I'm assuming a sensor, but no idea which one or where it is.
Thank you.

Let's start with are you getting fuel pressure? It sounds like the coolant temperature sensor could be shorted. Here is a diagram of where it is located. Please let me know how it goes.
