inside the suv smoke come out threw those air vents

when i drive, smoke starts coming out threw all of those vents, and its make the windshield very fogy,it also licking fluid under neath(coolant)
so could you please tell me what is the actual problem and how much it would cost me to fix it.

So is it leaking coolant under the dash?The smoke and fog sounds like a bad heater core leaking.What is you zip code?
