avalanche rear door locks don't all ways unlock !

sometimes the rear doors don't unlock ,after working button repeatedly they will eventually unlock .this seems to be a common problem for this model but I have not found a common answer, Thanks

Check to make sure the actuators are getting 12v. If they are, chances are the actuators themself are going bad.
