I changed my front tire. then my service stability light comes on, ABS light comes on, very difficult to accelerate unless I push the traction button. Engine stutters until I pick up speed. Prior to changing the tire I had no problems. Did I forget something when I put the new tire on.

was it the same size tire or one of a different size? You may have knocked off a sensor wire to abs or broke it and it caused the abs light to come on which knocked out your stability system automatically. see pic for a better explanation VSES is vehicle stability system sensor/s. a local pro can check this out you don't need to go to a dealer.
