power steering HELPP

I just got this car snd in came with no power steering at all, can anyone help me with this?? The body is a 2000 and he replaced the motor woth a 2005 northstar.

Yes it was a as is purchase. I had someone tell me it was a power steering pump but im not to sure.

sounds like either pump or rack? pump is easiest to change.
