Rear window

I don't hear the motor run when I push the button to try to open or close the vents. The rear window vents are supposed to open and close together. i have one stuck open and one stuck shut

It sounds like you have a window motor fuse that is blown lets start by checking out this guide and the diagrams (Below).

If the fuse is okay lets test at the switch to see if the power is getting through.
