Does the noise change when turning or changing lane's?Also have you checked the wheel bearing's etc?

No the noise and vibration increases when speed increases and decreases when speed decreases. And as far as the wheel bearings go there is no play in the wheels when front end is jacked up and can spin the wheels by hand and they make no noise and spin smooth.

With the front end on jack stand's put the shifter in neutral put your hand on the coil spring spin the wheel as fast as you can with the other hand see if you can feel any roughness in the bearing.Do the same on both side's just because you can't feel play in the wheel bearing doesn't mean it's good.Let me know what you find.
