The interior cabin and map lights will not function

I've checked the fuses and all are good. What else could be the issue? Interior cabin lights and map lights do not function. I've checked the fuses and all checked okay. Could it be the fuse relay?

It sounds like a BCM issue, check the BCM fuses as well.
