Scrapping sound

So when I brake there is a scraping sound and then when I come to a complete stop there is a scraping sound after I accel. what could that be?

Sounds like the wear indicator is rubbing against the rotor to indicate brake pads replacement-

will I still get that sound even though I am not pressing on the brake at all when I first accel?

Won't hurt to check open it up and inspect the only way to find out-I'm not into guessing I troubleshoot its hard to give fire answer over the net.
