i have a 04, volvo s60 wont crank, other electrical systems work, Started checked OK, Battery Checked OK, Relay OK. what can it be?

Is you vehicle giving any error codes?

Sometimes the no crank can happen if the ignition switch is defective.
Or if it is giving an error code that might determine what is the issue.
