Car is making a slight grinding sound when I turn into a parking space or fully turn wheel going around a roundabout. Could this be power steering fluid level and if so where do I top up? Thanks

we have no info on this car, but it it only makesteh noise going one way like left or right, have the wheel bearings checked.
