2004 Toyota Vios Idel High and Power Steering

Dear ,
I have two issues,
01- Idell is high when AC on it not going down. engine sound also bit high. i have clean Trotle body, IAC, Mani-pole, Check the Idell sensor also.
02- When i start car morning power steering ok but after few KM its feel heavy.
03- Gear is not changing on time 1 & 2 gear to change take time with high RMP after that car go past. like slip off.
Please help me to short it out this issues.
