My 2004 sequoia was stalling immediately after start up and reving the enigine would not keep it running.

I checked the MAS and found a piece of lint stuck. After removing the lint, the truck started and keeps idling but will not rev beyond 2000 rpm. Have "Track OFF", "VSC", and "Check Engine Light". disconnected battery and reconnected, fault came back with same symptoms (no rev beyond 2000 rpm).
